Our Founders
One founder brings over 15 years’ experience in aged care and disability across New Zealand and Australia, with certifications in Disability, Allied Health and Dementia Care. Her background with leading organisations has built a strong understanding of quality care and innovative solutions for people with disabilities.
The other founder also has 15+ years in management, leadership and advocacy. His strategic vision and commitment to mentorship ensure our services remain effective, compassionate and personalised.
