Our Founders
With over 15 years in the aged care and disability sectors, one of our founders has a rich history of working across New Zealand and Australia. Her extensive background includes collaborating with prestigious organizations and acquiring numerous certifications in Disability, Allied Health, and Dementia Care. This deep well of experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of the complexities involved in providing quality care and the ability to innovate solutions that enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The other founder brings over 15 years of management, leadership, mentorship, and advocacy expertise. His strategic vision and commitment to effective leadership have been pivotal in driving positive change within the care industry.
